This document outlines what you can expect from us and how to exchange or return products, should you not be completely happy with your products.

Here is the detailed exchange & return policy of CILLA:

  • Customers have 30-days to exchange or return product from the date of product order.
  • Customers should contact support@cilla.com to start their exchange or return process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • CILLA must receive exchanged or returned items back to our return center within 10 days from when the RMA# was issued to the Customer.
  • Orders received without an RMA# may not be able to be processed for return.
  • Customers who return their products will receive a return credit for the amount of their purchase, tax paid, and initial shipping paid. Customers may also request, a CILLA store credit.
  • Customers will be responsible for shipping the exchanged or returned products back to the CILLA return center.
  • Once the return has been received by the CILLA return center, Customers will receive an email from CILLA indicating that the exchange or return has been processed.
  • Customers will see their credit from returned items within 5-7 days from processing of their return.
