CILLA currently ships to all 50 United States, Puerto Rico, and US APO Addresses.

CILLA does not currently ship to P.O. Boxes.

CILLA applies a standard flat shipping rate of $9.99 to all orders.

Orders are processed and shipped within 48-72 hours of payment and receipt. Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS dependent on address type and location. Once an order has been received, a change of shipping address cannot be made.

Orders must be canceled within 24 hours of placement.  Once an order leaves the CILLA distribution center, the order may not be canceled.

At time of checkout, Customers will receive an email confirmation with their order number and shipping information.  Customers who have opted-in to receive SMS/MMS Text alerts from CILLA will receive tracking information and updates on their order via SMS/MMS.

CILLA reserves the right to review and cancel any order(s) received and may cancel orders that violate the CILLA Terms of Use Policy. Any order reviewed may be canceled for any reason and the order refunded to the card on file at the discretion of CILLA. In the event an order is canceled by CILLA an email will be sent to the email on file for that order.
